The Limousine(by Akira)
The limousine was quite luxurious. It was very huge like a train. It was so spacious that even an elephant could sit inside it. There are colorful baroque decovations on the surface of the car. It also had a gold unicorn sculpture on the top. The hood, the bumper, even the handles were gold. On the inside of the car, there was a super computer equipped with a satellite broadcasting TV and wireless internet. The seats were on the right, which were spacious enough to lie down for a nap. On the left side, there was a treadmill, a toilet, a shower room and a car. All of them were in premium designs. At last, there was a splendid chandelier on the ceiling and a cozy-feeling carpet on the floor. How luxurious it is! I'd like to live in that limousine rather than my cramped house.
Describing a Room(by Akira)
This is a work house in a basement of a gardener. There is a lawn mower, a bag of fertilizer, a trash bin and a workbench in a room. On the left side, there are a lot of tools hanging on the wall. They are a big shovel and a rake for sweeping on the left, an electric drill and a pair of scissors on the right top, a saw and a hammer on the right bottom. In the back of the room, there are wo big cabinets. The cabinet on the left is behind a workbench, which has various parts on the top shelf, bottles of oil on the second and the bottom shelves. The cabinet on the right has some paints on the top shelf, a battery on the middle shelf and two secretly-stored champagnes on the bottom shelf. The work house is not spacious but neat and tidy. I think the owner might be a disciplined person.

An unforgettable experience(by Akira)
I went to a store where tourists can try the costumes of MAIKO when I traveled KYOTO last winter with friend. In the store, we chose kimonos from nearly hundred of them. Then the staff helped us to put on make up. After a while, we all had snow-white faces just like ghosts, and then we put on kimonos. They were so heavy and complicated that it was difficult to wear them without professional help. Especially "DARARI NO OBI", a special knot of KYOTO's MAIKO look. It is distinct, pretty but very heavy. Also the wigs wewe heavy, too. We all got stiff waists and stiff necks after we had been beautiful MAIKO for only two hours. I like the movies like "SAKURAN" and "SAYURI" which talked about the stories of OIRAN and GEISHA. Having been a MAIKO, and walking in the GION is a very unforgettable experience for me.

My Traffic Accident Experience(by Mindy)
I'll never forget the day when I was in a car accident.I went to my uncle's
house near a beach in summer in 1981. Next, I went to the beach with my uncle's
family and my grandmother. We got on a bus that headed to my uncle's house.
Then the road was unpaved, wet, narrow, and 1.5m high. That time, another bus came from an opposite direction, so our bus was travelling near a cliff side, and gave way to the other bus. Suddenly, our bus fell down on the ground, but everybody
didn't fasten a seat belt, and there were some glass bottles. Finally, my cousin hurt his ear, grandmother injured her spin, and some people got hurt seriously. After
accident, when a bus turned around the corner, and my body gets tensed. Although,
it wasn't a terrible accident, but I know that I had to fasten the seat belt in
the car, and the dangerous things put in a luggage.

Interduceing Myself (by Wendy)
I came from a six-children-family. I am the youngest one. My parents and sisters always took care of all the things for me. I really had a great time when I was a kid.
To be honest, I even didn't know how to cook before I got married. After I married my husband, It was really a big challenge for me to learn to be a house wife, a daughter-in-law, and a mother. I tried very hard and did quite well. I spent all the time for my family, sometimes I even feel I was a sacrifice.
now, my kids are growing up, so I can spent more time for myself. I usually enjoy going to the movies, doing some exercises(like playing tennis and swimming), going to concerts and watching live sport games on TV.
If you ask what my resolutions is, I will tell you that I want to improve my English and speak it fluently. I plan to travel all over the world. To learn different cultures from different countries, and to taste the exotic food, or to enjoy the grand slum in France, New York, Wimbledom and Austrelia.
I wish I could live fully everyday.

My younger brother
My younger brother is a freshman in National Tsing Hua University. He is studying Economics, a subject that I would never want to take. He was fat, but now he is a tall outgiong boy. I'm so surprised about his changes. He joined the basketball team, soccer team and table-tennis team in the Economics depaetment, and also joined the school's dancing club. He plays the guiter and chats to his new friends in his free time. I was worried about him because people said that boys who go to Tsing Hua would become an "OTAKU", but he seems to enjoy his school life very much.

My English teacher, Katie, is very young. When I met her at first time, I thought she was an university student as me. She is from New Zealand. This is why she speaks English like a British. Katie tought English in Japan before she came to Taiwan. She lived in MAIHAMA CHIBA, where Disney land is. I love Disney goods so much so I envy her. She loves Japanese Pop Music. Making a cup of coffee is very easy if your just follow these steps. First, choose one kind of coffee beans and buy a pack of them. Second, pour the coffee beans into a coffee bean grinder. After that , you can get a little coffee powder. Third, put two tea-spoons of coffee powder and enough water into a coffee machine. Then a cup of coffee is finished and you can add sugar and milk as you like. Finally, stir with a spoon and drink it.

My English Teacher(by Renee)
Katie is my English teacher. When she was a child, her family moved to New Zealand. She studied at Auckland University and her major was Language Education and Linguistics. Before she came to Taiwan, she taught English in Japan for two and a half years. Now, she teaches us English, she often prepares teaching material until midnight. I feel she is a nice and sincere teacher. As we know Katie likes to go window shopping and she always wears pretty clothes. I guess she also likes to buy beautiful shoes and bags. Now she is single in Taiwan without her family, but her family talks to her on the telephone nearly everyday. They are a close family.
